Sam Young Signs: Grizzly 4 Life
Sam Young signed a multi-year guaranteed deal with the Grizzlies today. With this deal the Grizzlies now have all three of their draft picks signed for the season. Rumor had it that the deal is worth around $4 million over 3 years, which is on the larger and longer end for a second round selection.

The number isn’t perfect. I’ve only seen a dollar value once, everywhere else just lists it as a 3 year contract. $4 million over 3 seasons is actually about the max they could have given him, it could very well be closer to $3 million over 3 years starting at about $875k and getting the incremental raise every year. Hard to say at this point.
