Goodbye JCN! Memphis has rescinded their rights to Juan Carlos Navarro, presumably to allow cap space for Iverson's incentive package. Navarro is now an unrestricted free-agent in the NBA, though he is under contract for FC Barcelona.

not sure how I feel about this since we traded Crittenton to get our pick back we traded for JCN. Virtually we abandoned both players for AI now. And I was huge fans of both.
Yeah.
JCN was good, and I liked Crittenton, but I think Crittenton will be forever doomed to project-dom, and there was no way JCN was coming back to America.

I have a few teams I plan to follow closely this year and Wizards are one. I sure hope Crittenton emerges this year as starter next to Arenas somehow. Arenas is like OJ Mayo – really a SG IMO.
But yeah – JCN is staying over there as MVP and with so many Euros (the money) he can’t count it all. It was a good move. I also though today in the world business wins. Basketball decisions don’t win – business wins. Look at crappy Microsoft computers. They win the market and have always been low on the list of the best technology. Business always wins. Maybe business man Heisley will pull it off !?
JCN was mainly on the team to be Gasol's friend and back up the point position
The other Gasol is here now, but with AI in Memphis, there’s no way JCN is coming back to the Grizz or the NBA.
