Trade Idea from a Wizards Fan

This is all speculation, but what would you guys think about trading
SF: Xavier Henry
PF: Zach Randolph
2010 2nd round draft choice
for
PG: Gilbert Arenas
SG: Nick Young
2010 1st rd pick (top 5 protected)
I can't take credit for this idea, bulletsforever member Spanky731 first proposed it, i'm just trying to get a viewpoint of how real this trade is from some Grizzlies fans.

My thoughts on this...

1) It would probably have to be an unprotected pick.
2) This would put the Grizzlies INTO rebuilding mode, since the hole at power forward would be glaring (much more so than the benefit of Gil over Conley) and Zach’s career year is what kept the Grizz afloat.
3) Gilbert Arenas is the type of player Heisley likes, but the contract is an absolute albatross. Not feasible in a small market. Just because Rudy got a max deal doesn’t mean Heisley is looking to go luxury tax.
4) Also we already have guys like Nick Young, although I am partial to him, you don’t need him and Sam Young.
