Alright SOV
Let’s get some activity on this thread tonight. What have I missed thus far?
Not much. Mo Speights with 6 early

I love when he's on
Hate when he’s off. But he’ll be a great spark off the bench when Z-Bo returns.
I had a feeling he’d be big tonight against his old team. And I’m with you, very much looking forward to him and OJ coming off the bench. That will be a great tandem.

It does beg the question though
What do they do when it comes to Speights RFA? Arthur will be coming back… do we try to keep both?
I doubt we’re able too, and since they already picked up Pondexter’s option, and Cunningham is under contract for two more years, we will be lucky to keep one. I’d love to keep DA, and he should be less expensive given his injury history. A lot of people forget that he was passed up because people were scared of his kidneys coming out of college.

What's
His contract status? DA’s that is.
some sort of free agent.
Not sure whether its restricted or not without looking it up.

And Rudy continues to be a mixed bag from the line.

Why
I don’t understand. He’s never had problems there has he…?
Not until this year. He’s 4% under his career mark, and thats mainly because he’s been letter lately. He was really bad early on.

Could the shoulder
Have thrown off his muscle memory perhaps?
I don't think so.
He’s still shooting well from the field.

Q with the and-one
We’re giving it to the Atlantic leader right now.
I love how well the bench is playing together lately! Except for Pargo, of course.

I've gotten to where I hate to see these great starts early in the game
Cus I just know what is coming…
Don't you do that!
Don’t you wish that black magic on us!

I'm hoping I jinx it by mentioning it
Cus we all know that pretending its not going to happen this time hasn’t been working.

More teams we play threaten more inside than out, in my opinion.

It's a good thing I didn't go tonight then
I turned down tickets because they were basically in the same exact spot I was last year at the 76er game, where I had to watch a one handed Rudy Gay shoot free throws before leaving for the season.

Uhm
I go to the bathroom, and we’re up by 5… I don’t get it with this team man.
No disrespect to the 76ers, because they are a really good team, but they aren’t that good offensively. There is no excuse for allowing them to score 32 in a quarter. None.

So my eyes aren't playing tricks on me...
and we’re only up by 5 points now? This is becoming a staple of Grizz games lately…no all year
hah. Lavoy Allen
I saw “Gasol stole the ball from Allen” on my yahoo ticker and was all “what the lump?!”

My brother
I apologize for ditchin ya. But I did watch the game. Glad Rudy caught on late. But yeah I kinda forgot the whole Iggy factor; he’s amazing. Also, it kinda annoys me that the final score made it seem like we held that lead… the whole blowing BIG leads thing is getting reallyyyy old…
I know this is a really nerdy stat-guy thing for me to say, but there’s a huge correlation between postseason success and point differential, so yeah it also makes me uncomfortable that we blow leads.
